The "Firemen" in Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, etc. will have a  24 Hour "On", 48 Hour "Off" Schedule and enjoy salaries between $42,000 & $155,000 per year.

We think our Memphis, Texas "Fire Chief" deserves a double his current monthly salary raise, considering he is on call 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

Our Hero's in the Memphis, Texas "Fire Department" "volunteer" to risk their lives and their future to save and protect the lives of others 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

They receive "no pay" for putting their lives on the line to save the lives and property of others.

However they do receive our praise, respect, and  adulation for their call to duty and their unequaled Heroism.

The "Fire Chief" and his "all volunteer Firemen" invite the public to "Celebrate a 100 Years of Service"to the Community of Memphis, Texas and the surrounding areas. The Memphis Fire Department has "volunteered" to "fight fires" as far as 75 miles from home.

The "Firemen", and their friends served "Texas Brisket, Pinto Beans, Potato Salad, etc. "Free to the Public" on June 30th 2007. Thanks Y'all, and Thanks for lettin' me go back for seconds, and thirds!!! The Fireman who baked The "Anniversary Cake" is Welcome everywhere!!! If You don't have a Church Home, just let me know!!!
